In addition to conducting the environmental assessment to determine the impacts on the coral reefs and seagrass beds in Biscayne Bay: proactively minimize environmental impacts, and take into consideration the lessons learned from past projects where environmental impacts in Biscayne Bay were greater than anticipated.
