SUBJECT: Motion from the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee
The purpose of this Letter to Commission is to transmit the following motion passed by the Affordable
Housing Advisory Committee at a meeting held on October 18, 2022:
The AHAC recommends for the Administration not to allocate HOME -ARP funds in the
amount of $277,912 to the Miami-Dade County Homeless Trust and to explore allocating
funds for services specifically for the homeless located in Miami Beach.
