Please be advised that I have regrettably accepted Chief Financial Officer,
John Woodruff's resignation effective December 2, 2022. Mr. Woodruff has
accepted a position with another entity that will allow him to continue his
professional development. He has committed to help manage a smooth
transition and offered assistance even after his departure .
During the last six and a half years the Finance and Budget teams have
performed exceptionally well and produced outstanding work under his
leadership . All of you who have worked closely with John in navigating the
financial challenges we have faced over the years understand and appreciate
his dedication, knowledge and skill. He will be missed and we wish him well.
I will begin a recruitment process immediately and will be prepared to name an
interim CFO if necessary.
