SUBJECT : Office of Housing and Community Services Resident and Elderly Resource
Center -Office Relocation
The purpose of this L TC is to notify the Mayor and City Commission that the Office of
Housing and Community Services Resident and Elderly Resource Center will be
relocating from the 1st floor of City Hall between the elevators to 1701 Meridian Avenue,
suite 1, on November 14-18, 2022. Our new office will be open after the relocation on
November 21 st and will resume regular schedules, 8:30am to 5:00pm (Closed between
noon and 1 pm for lunch).
• Residents and Elderly can still reach us through our office number at 305-
673-7491.
• The Department of Children and Families ACCESS site representative will
remain available on the first floor of City Hall in the Employee Lounge.
• Our Department will be closing early on November 18th at noon.
We look forward to meeting and assisting our Residents and Elderly in our new space.
