Granado, City Clerk November 10, 2022 SUBJECT: City of Miami Beach Canvassing Board Schedule and Composition for the December 6, 2022 Miami Beach Run-Off Election Pursuant to Florida Statutes §§101.5612(2) and 102.141, attached please find the time and location of the public Pre-Election Test of the Automatic Tabulating Equipment (Logic and Accuracy Test) and the Canvassing Board Schedule indicating the time and place during which the City of Miami Beach Canvassing Board will meet to canvass the absentee electors' ballots and provisional ballots for the December 6, 2022 City of Miami Beach Run-Off Election. The Logic and Accuracy Test and the meetings of the Canvassing Board to canvass the absentee · electors' ballots and provisional ballots are open to the public and will be held at the Miami-Dade County Department of Elections, located at 2700 NW 87 Avenue, Miami, FL. Please note that the schedule is subject to change if needed. The City of Miami Beach Canvassing Board will also convene in the City Clerk's Conference Room, 1700 Convention Center Drive, First Floor, Miami Beach, Florida 33139 , on November 17, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. to designate a Chairperson, receive orientation, review the Canvassing Board schedule, establish criteria for acceptance of Vote-by-Mail ballots, designate a Canvassing Board member to act on behalf of the Board, if necessary, and review State Rule 1 S-2.027 -Standards for Determining Voter's Choice on a ballot.
