2023 CITY COMMISSION MEETINGS DATES AND DEADLINES
In order to maintain efficiency in the Commission Agenda process the attached deadlines shall be
adhered to by City staff with respect to City Commission Meetings.
Adherence to these deadlines will ensure that the Departments involved in the agenda process will have
sufficient time to review the items. Please note that the Presentations and Awards meetings should not be
utilized for action items other than emergency items approved by the Mayor.
