To further evaluate the request, FDOT will perform a traffic analysis for all intersections along Arthur Godfrey Road/ 41st Street between SR 907/Alton Road and SR AlA/Collins Avenue and along SR AlA/lndian Creek Drive between 41st Street and 47th Street. If determined to be feasible, FDOT will include the improvements as part of the resurfacing project, FM 443931-1 State Road AlA/Collins Avenue from 44 Street to 4700 Block & Indian Creek from 41 Street to 44 Street. Although this project is currently in the final stages of design, the Department will defer the completion to accommodate the improvements. If deferred, it is anticipated construction will begin Summer 2024 . Since this anticipated construction schedule falls within the Miami Beach tourist season, the City will need to provide FDOT with written confirmation of the proposed construction timeframe. If the tum lanes are to be implemented, FDOT will need to obtain a City commitment for the execution of a perpetual easement. This easement will be required to install a mast arm on City property at the northwest comer oflndian Creek Drive and 41st Street. The letter is needed to keep the project on schedule while FDOT and the City work towards the execution of the easement. www.fdot.gov DocuSign Envelope ID: 52A57111-5CC0-4F49-972C-44EDCFEEF321 Rafael E.
