Miami Beach Live! Adds the Carillon Wellness Village with a Focus
on Health and Wellness
— All activities will be free for residents and visitors —
Miami Beach, FL – With top entertainment acts scheduled to perform at the monthlong
inaugural edition of “Miami Beach Live!” this March, organizers are pleased to welcome the
Carillon Wellness Village with its focus on innovation and healthy experiences for everyone.
“Not only are we excited to present the amazing concerts and sports programming, but in
addition, we will have the Carillon Wellness Village free and open to all visitors,” explained
Miami Beach Director of Tourism & Culture Lissette Garcia Arrogante. “The village is sure to be
a hit with our fitness-minded residents, and anyone seeking health and wellness initiatives
during our month-long activation.”
The Carillon Wellness Village will operate every Friday in March from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.;
Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with Health & Wellness
programming at 12 Street and Ocean Drive in Lummus Park. From cupping to cryotherapy,
integrative medicine and touchless technology, Carillon Miami Wellness Resort has gained a
worldwide reputation for its focus on Western, Eastern, alternative and aesthetic medicine as
well as its signature wellness experiences inspired by breathtaking ocean views throughout the
Miami Beach resort.
Discover the biostation, South Florida’s premier anti-aging and wellness center that just
opened their sixth location within the Carillon last Fall. The biostation’s medical team will be
part of the Wellness Village, administering energizing B12 injections during the event. The

Visitors can also participate in Family Beach Slow Flow Yoga every Saturday during “Miami
Beach Live!” at 10 a.m. The yoga class is perfect for beginners who want to become familiar
with various postures and also for seasoned yoga enthusiasts who want a gentle workout. A
Functional Fitness workout will also be featured every Saturday from 3 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. This is
a type of strength training that prepares your body for daily activities. These exercises equip
you for the most important type of physical fitness, the kind that prepares you for real-life, daily
living stuff like bending, twisting, lifting, loading, pushing, pulling, squatting and hauling.
“Miami Beach Live!” will activate the Lummus Park area of South Beach and the beachfront
between 10 to 13 streets each weekend in March starting on Friday, March 4 through Sunday,
March 27. The entire month will feature daytime programming, Friday night movies, Saturday
evening concerts and Tasty Sundays with prix fixe menus at some of Miami Beach’s best-
known restaurants.
In addition to the Carillon Wellness Village, “Miami Beach Live!” will also include a family zone
and dog park activation.
Wilson Phillips will headline the kickoff weekend of “Miami Beach Live!” concerts on Saturday,
March 5, performing number one hits like “Hold On,” “Release Me” and “You’re in Love.” On
March 12, seven-time Grammy Award-winning chartbuster Alanis Morissette, takes to the
stage followed by Colombian superstar Juanes on March 19 and Broadway sensation, actress
and author Bernadette Peters on Saturday, March 26.
Tickets for all the “Miami Beach Live!” concerts are available through Ticketmaster. Free Miami
Beach resident tickets are available for all shows except Alanis Morissette. Resident VIP
tickets cost $100. Nonresident general admission tickets cost $10. Nonresident VIP tickets cost
$125.
