Allocation Consultant
The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2023-006-WG. The RFQ is requesting qualifications from consultants for
services relating to the development of cost allocation plans and other related services.
The City received proposals pursuant to this RFQ on January 26, 2023. The responsive proposals will
be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFQ.
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
•Maria Cerna, Division Director, Capital Improvement Projects
•Natasha Diaz, Deputy Director, Building Department
•Carmen Sanchez, Deputy Director, Planning Department
•Tameka Otto Stewart, Director, Budget and Performance Improvement Department
•Shandelle Stewart, Financial Analyst Ill, Public Works Department
I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates:
•Richard Ajami, Budget Officer, Budget and Performance Improvement Department
