The purpose of this Letter to the Commission ("LT C") is to inform the Mayor and City
Commission that as part of the SOBEWFF Director's Welcome VIP Happy Hour, a
declaration commemorating the recent Commission approval of a five-year renewal
agreement with South Beach Wine & Food Festival will be signed.
The SOBEWFF Director's Welcome VIP Happy Hour is scheduled to take place on
Thursday, February 23, 2023 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at The Betsy Hotel rooftop. The
ceremonial signing will kick-off the event and will commence promptly at 3 p.m.
