Subject: Anti-Defamation League No Place for Hate Banner Presentation and City of Miami
Beach Community of Respect Designation
The purpose of this L TC is to invite you to the No Place for Hate banner presentation sponsored
by the City of Miami Beach in partnership with the Anti-Defamation League (AOL) and Miami-
Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS), on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the
Miami Beach Bandshell (7275 Collins Avenue).
The presentation of the AOL No Place for Hate banner to each public school in the Miami Beach
feeder pattern is the result of the City's initiative to ensure a safe, peaceful, and respectful
school community for all youth in our public schools. Each public school in Miami Beach
completed several projects in support of the goal to end bullying at school, on line, on the bus,
and at home. This presentation supports the City's attainment of the AOL designation as a
Community of Respect.
