SUBJECT: Motion from the Miami Beach Commission for Women
The purpose of this Letter to Commission is to notify you of the motion made at the Miami Beach
Commission for Women meeting held on April 18, 2023.
The Miami Beach Commission for Women would like to encourage the Miami Beach City
Commission to find a location for the placards from the Women's History Month Exhibit that
took place on Ocean Drive in March 2023. We recommend the placards be utilized on City
Property year-round.
The motion was made by Elizabeth Resnick and seconded by Amani Ayers. Motion Passage:
