SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) No. 2023-217-
ND for Real Estate Management Software
The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of ITN
No. 2023-217-ND. Through the ITN, the City is seeking proposals for a system to
streamline the management of the City's real estate portfolio including lease management,
payment collection, service requests, and other features.
Proposals were received on May 11, 2023. The responsive proposals will be reviewed by
the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the ITN.
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Ozzie Dominguez, Asset Management Division Director, Facilities and Fleet
Management Department
• Anabel Llopiz, Executive Director, Lincoln Road Business Improvement District
• Ozzy Macias, Chief Technology Officer, Information Technology Department
• Santiago Sellan, Contracts Compliance Administrator, Facilities and Fleet
Management Department
• Alba Tarre, Director, Housing and Community Services Division
I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates:
