SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2023-043-WG for
Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
The purpose of this L TC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2023-043-WG. The RFQ seeks proposals from qualified firms to install,
operate, and maintain electric vehicle charging stations at locations throughout the City's Parking
System.
Proposals pursuant to this RFQ were received on April 18, 2023. The responsive proposals will be
reviewed by an Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the RFQ.
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
• Juanita Ballesteros, Manager, Environment & Sustainability Department
• Monica Beltran, Director, Parking Department
• Rodney Knowles, Assistant Director, Public Works Department
• Rogelio Madan, Development and Resiliency Officer, Planning Department
• Narinder Singh, Deputy Director, Building Department
I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates:
• Carlos Berriz, Division Director, Fleet, and Facilities Management Department
• Alberto Ventura, Assistant Director, Parking Department
