(IP M I).

T h e C o llin s Pa rk G a rage is a distinctive se ve n (7) story m ixed use structure that has 516
pa rkin g spa ce s and 16 ,7 20 S F of co m m ercial retail space on the gro und floo r. The
fa c ility als o fea tu re s, bicycle pa rking , ele ctric ve h icle charging statio ns, ded icated ele ctric
ve h icle a n d lo w e m ission s veh icl e pa rkin g spa ce s.
T h e pre ca st co n c rete structure un iq uely displa ys "A rt s & Letters" fea turing w ords
a rra n g e d in the fo rm of a cro ssw ord pu zzle as part of the build ing 's perf orated m etal
fa ~ad e . Th e gara g e com b ine s m o der n and in no vative arch itectur al sol ution s with
pra ctica l con struc tion .
T h e C ollin s Pa rk G a rage w ill also be recog n ize d du ring the IP M I cerem o ny for achie ving
P a rksm a rt S ilv e r ce rt ification . P a rksm a rt (fo rm erly kno w n as G ree n G a rage C e rt ification)
is th e on ly rating sy ste m tha t de fine s, and re cog nizes sustaina ble practices in parking
stru ctu re de sign , us e of te ch nolo g y, pro g ram m in g and m a nage m e nt.
In o rd er to ac hie v e the P a rksm a rt S ilve r, the C ity dem onstrated that the facility m et
ce rt ain crite ria incl u d ing, in crea se d ene rg y effi ciency and pe rf orm ance , red uced
e n viro n m en tal im p a ct, eff icie n t pa rking spa ce m anagem e nt, integ rate d sustainable
m o bility se rvic e s and te chn olog ie s, diversity of m ob ility optio ns the reby, bu ild ing stro nger
co m m u n ity ex perie nc e s.

In addition to this IPMI Award of Excellence and the Parksmart Silver certification, the
Collins Park Garage, has been recognized for:
• Gold Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and
Environmental Design (LEED)
· • 2022 Award of Excellence, in the categories of Design and Architecture by the
Florida Parking & Transportation Association
• The City National 8" Annual Better Beach Awards, organized by the Miami
Beach Chamber of Commerce, in the categories of Innovative Architecture and
the Green Award.
The Collins Park Garage embodies the City's ongoing commitment to sustainable and
resilient development.
