Miami Beach will commemorate the 158" Juneteenth Independence Day by hosting the fourth annual Juneteenth Celebration in remembrance of the day in 1865 when all enslaved black people were emancipated. The Hungry Black Man Media presents the 5" Annual Soul Vegan Festival, the nation's foremost urban centric plant-based food, spirit and wellness festival. Reflecting Black to the Future: Celebrating Emancipation and Freedom Monday, June 19, 2023 6:30 to 8:00 PM FIU Miami Beach Urban Studios, 420 Lincoln Road, Suite 440 Dr. Valerie L. Patterson at 9 a.m. This event offers a retrospective with mixed media, including digital technology. City of Miami Beach Juneteenth Picnic in the Park and Juneteenth Experience Monday, June 19, 2023 4 to 10 PM Bandshell Park and Miami Beach Bandshell, 7275 Collins Avenue The event begins at 4 p.m. with a jazz picnic and performances by the New World School of the Arts Jazz Ensemble and The Harden Project.
