SUBJECT: G.O. Bond Oversight Committee Motion
The purpose of this Letter to the Commission ("LTC") is to provide an update regarding a motion
made during the June 22, 2023 G.O. Bond Oversight Committee meeting.
Voting Members present: Karen Riva (Chair), Laura Veitia, Jason Koslowe, Scott Needelman,
Dana Martorella, Susan Askew
Non-Voting Members present: David Grieser, Michael DeFilippi
Voting Members absent: Jack Glottmann, Dennis Scholl
Non-Voting Members absent: Bruce Carter, Carolina Jones, Adam Kravitz
Motion - Regarding GO #43 Chase Ave/34 Street Shared Use Path:
Motion: The G.O. Bond Oversight Committee made a motion to support the plan of action that
the Administration recommends to expeditiously advance the GO #43 Chase Ave/34 Street
Shared Use Path project forward.
