SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) No. 2023-338-
ND for the Management and Operation of the Miami Beach Convention Center
Campus
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (L TC) is to update the Mayor and City
Commission on the status of Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) No. 2023-338-ND. Through the
ITN, the City is seeking proposals from firms with the experience and capacity to manage
and operate the Miami Beach Convention Center Campus upon the expiration of the
current agreement on March 31, 2024.
Proposals were received on July 3, 2023. Responsive proposals will be reviewed by the
Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria established in the ITN.
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
