SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 2023-
521-ND for Federal Governmental Consulting
The purpose of this Letter to Commission (L TC) is to update the Mayor and City
Commission on the status of RFQ No. 2023-521-ND. The RFQ seeks proposals for
consulting and lobbying services to represent the City's interests before all branches of
the Federal Government and all federal agencies.
The City will receive proposals pursuant to this RFQ on September 11, 2023. Responsive
proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee in accordance with the criteria
established in the RFQ.
I have appointed the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee:
•Krystal Dobbins, Grants Management Division Director, Finance Department
•Joe Gomez, Director, Public Works Department
•Jose R. Gonzalez, Director, Transportation Department
•Marcia Monserrat, Chief of Legislative and External Affairs, Of fice of the City
Manager
•Lindsey Precht, Assistant Director, Environment and Sustainability Department
I have also appointed the following individuals as alternates:
•Cristina Ortega, City Engineer, Public Works Department
•Otniel Rodriguez, Assistant Director, Transportation Department
