Tickets can be purchased beginning September 18th by visiting register.miamibeachparks.com. Event: Miami Beach Pull-Up Jam 2022 with Chris Heria Date: October 22, 2023 Time: 1 :00 p.m. -5:00 p.m. Location: Muscle Beach South Beach at Lummus Park (9 Street, Ocean Drive) Fee: Free Join us on October 22nd for a fitness spectacle as athletes face-off at the Pull-Up Jam, a calisthenics competition at Muscle Beach South Beach. The competition will be hosted by Chris Heria is a fitness trainer and a fitness and wellness influencer with over 1 million fo llowers. Participants will be able to compete in event categories such as weighted pull­ up, muscle up, freestyle and handstand competitions. The first competition begins at 1 :00 p.m., and participants must be at least 18 years old to enter. Sign-up is free, on a first­ come, first-served basis. For older children, we will also have ice skating and laser tag. Laser tag reservations fo r ages 1 O+ will be required upon arrival to the event, on a first-come, first-served basis; space is limited. Complimentary shuttle parking will be available from the Miami Beach Senior High School parking lot.
