DRB23-0928 for the construction of a new 19-story mixed use development on the October 11, 2023 Design Review Board meeting agenda, the Parks and Recreational Facilities Advisory Board motions to oppose to any variances requested within 500 ft of North Shore Park and Youth Center, unless there is adequate parking within the facility, and if granted the developer must make a meaningful contribution to North Shore Park and Youth Center.
