SUBJECT: G.O. Bond for Arts & Culture
Dashboard Launch
The purpose of this Letter to the Commission ("L TC") is to advise you that the G.O. Bond for Arts
& Culture Dashboard has launched and is available on the G.O. Bond website that you may
access by going to: https://www.qombinfo.com/
Like the 2018 G.O. Bond, the new Dashboard will provide the most up to date information
available for projects being implemented which includes:
• Project Name
• Scope of Work
• Map Location
• Dollars Spent, Encumbered & Remaining
• Project Status (Complete, Active, Pending, Future)
• Active Project Phase (Planning, Design, Construction)
• Departments Managing the Projects, including which are Grants
• Project Timeline with Start and End Dates (This information is in process of being gathered
for all projects)
• Recent Project Manager Updates
• Neighborhood Affairs Coordinator Contact Information
• Project Photos
In addition, all meeting minutes, audio recordings and agendas and handouts are archived by
year and month since inception of the bond.
Finally, a program progress report which generates a pdf version of the Dashboard and which
contains the same current information, is in the process of being completed and will be included
on its own "tab" over the next couple of weeks.
