SUBJECT: G.O. Bond Oversight Committee Motion
The purpose of this Letter to the Commission ("L TC") is to provide an update regarding a motion made during the October 26, 2023 G.O. Bond Oversight Committee meeting.
Voting Members present: Karen Riva (Chair), Jack Glottmann, Dennis Scholl, Laura Veitia, Jason Koslowe, Scott Needelman, Susan Askew
Non-Voting Members present: David Grieser, Michael DeFilippi, Adam Kravitz
Voting Members absent: Dana Martorella, Shari Gurkin
Non-Voting Members absent: Bruce Carter, Carolina Jones
Motion -Regarding GO #19 Soundscape Park and GO #24 Middle Beach Beachwalk:
Motion: The G.O. Bond Oversight Committee made a motion to approve the transfer of savings from GO #19 Soundscape 4K Technology and GO #24 Middle Beach Beachwalk to GO #19 Soundscape Storage, totaling $127,000, to fund the budget shortfall.
Motion made by Jack Glottmann Motion seconded by Susan Askew Motion passed 7-0
