SUBJECT: Motion from the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee
The purpose of this Letter to the Commission is to transmit the following motion passed
by the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee ("Committee") at a meeting held on
December 19, 2023:
The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee makes a motion to direct the Office
of Housing and Community Services to prepare a summary of potential funding
sources available for the City to develop the Barclay Plaza Apartments, and to
present the summary to the Committee at the next meeting scheduled on
January 16, 2024.
